Kailin Fertilizer's Motor Energy Efficiency Upgrade Project Successfully Completed
Recently, the motor energy efficiency upgrade project undertaken by the Plant Maintenance Department of Kailin Phosphate Fertilizer has been successfully completed. The 142 newly replaced motors have been operating smoothly and meet national energy efficiency requirements.
It is reported that this transformation eliminated outdated motors with a total power of 5,136 kW. After the upgrade, the annual power saving will reach 887,000 kWh, saving more than 500,000 yuan in electricity costs. In addition, the new-type motors feature high stability and easy maintenance, which have significantly reduced failure rates and maintenance costs, truly achieving a dual improvement in safety and economic benefits.
