On April 2nd, the "Smart Chemical Plant Achievement Conference", co-hosted by China GPC and Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd. and supported by the Phosphorus Chemical Manufacturing Digital Transformation Promotion Center, was held in Guiyang. Industry experts, enterprise representatives, business elites from all over the country, and more than 20 media outlets witnessed the launch of Wengfu Jiangshan Smart Factory—the largest phosphorus chemical project under construction in Guizhou.

    China GPC stated that intelligent manufacturing is not only a key engine for enterprises to improve production efficiency and product quality, but also an important support for promoting industrial transformation and upgrading and building new development advantages. China GPC has implemented digital transformation as a major strategy. Collaborating with many professional partners including Huawei, it has formulated a top-level plan for digital transformation and promoted its implementation. The completion and launch of the global smart factory benchmark marks a brand-new starting point for China GPC to deepen digital-intelligent transformation and drive industrial upgrading. China GPC will continue to embrace new technologies such as artificial intelligence and digital twins.     According to Huawei's Intelligent World 2035 report, by 2035, the application rate of artificial intelligence is expected to exceed 85%, which will significantly boost labor productivity by 60%. In the Wengfu Jiangshan project, to integrate AI with production, a data foundation that eliminates barriers has been built: breaking down data barriers horizontally and establishing a data middle platform vertically. The goal is to connect data from the decision-making level to the production floor, laying a solid foundation for digital-intelligent transformation.

    At the production level, digital-intelligent technologies have been translated into actual operational benefits. Based on Huawei's digital foundation, Wengfu Jiangshan possesses a "pre-evolution" capability to access artificial intelligence large models at any time, ensuring the project achieves industry-leading standards upon delivery. From TPT autonomous learning and the in-depth linkage between MES and LIMS systems to the application of 5G intelligent inspection, full-process intelligence has integrated data into production links, effectively improving operational efficiency and management standards, and injecting new impetus into the Group's pursuit of its 100-billion-yuan goal.

    Wengfu Jiangshan has completed the digital twin construction of the park and 7 production units across 17 projects, realizing a "single-screen overview" of production, safety, energy consumption, emergency response and other operations. Through the integration of artificial intelligence large models and Huawei's digital platform, the factory can predict and optimize the operation status of key units, reducing production costs. In terms of safety management, an early warning and closed-loop management mechanism has been established relying on intelligent identification technologies, enhancing intrinsic safety.

    It is reported that leveraging Huawei's core technologies including F5G all-optical network, smart park and AI platforms, as well as China Telecom's 5G private network, China GPC has realized multi-system integration and data convergence, cutting data usage costs by 50% and building a solid foundation for turning the blueprint of Digital Phosphorus Chemical into reality. In the future, China GPC and Huawei will continue to deepen cooperation, promote the digital-intelligent transformation of more parks under the Group, and jointly help the phosphorus chemical industry move toward a safer, more efficient and greener future.
